Runners are a special group of people. The reason why people run is varied. However, we who love to run realize that it is just part of our being. We run because we love it. We run because it helps us deal with the day-to-day grind. For those of you who are just beginning to run or those who are beginning to take running more seriously, I'm presenting the following running tips:
